UK Delivery

We currently offer complimentary standard delivery to UK addresses.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

After dispatch, UK delivery generally takes a further 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at team@varenmere.co.uk and we will investigate.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch notification with the latest tracking information provided by the carrier.

Delivery address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at team@varenmere.co.uk.

We can only amend a delivery address before the order has been dispatched.

Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

Varenmere remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them.

If your order arrives damaged, is delivered incorrectly, or does not arrive, please contact us promptly at team@varenmere.co.uk so we can investigate and put things right.

Cancellations before dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
